Infant

Infants grow and learn every day. Luna Park provides a safe and nurturing "home away from home" where infants can explore and make new discoveries. We talk with your child; communicate verbally and through non-verbal gestures; tell stories and sing songs to model conversational skills; and use picture books to build association between sounds, objects and words. We respond to your baby with sensitivity and attention; use words, facial expressions, and eye contact to communicate; and use family photos to promote self-awareness and provide continuity with your child's home. Luna Park lays the foundation for your infant to develop trusting relationships.

Toddler
As toddlers develop friendships, self-esteem, and curiosity, our Toddler care program will help them explore the world in a safe and nurturing environment. Our unique early childhood curriculum is based on the philosophy that children learn best through hands-on experiences. Each month focuses on a theme, and each day is filled with fun activities that excite and help toddlers develop in ways that give them the comfort and confidence to grow and develop both cognitively and socially. We encourage pretending and role-playing through play with props; support individual expression through participation in group activities; and promote self-expression through art and music.

Pre-Kindergarten
As preschoolers gain more self-esteem, they feel ready to take on the world. Our Preschool curriculum enhances that confidence by providing activities to help three- thru five-year-old children become problem solvers and develop a love of lifelong learning. We encourage the exploration of the physical properties of materials; use
daily calendar activities to teach about sequence of events, patterns, and routines; and support the learning of cognitive skills such as counting, making predictions, and drawing conclusions.
